Chitranjan Kumar Bhoi: Amazing Success as a Chef

Chitranjan Kumar Bhoi is a youth with Mental retardation, he is working as a South Indian Chef at a four star Hotel in Ranchi town. It is one of the popular hotels in Ranchi with constant flow of customers. Chitranjan comes from a rural background and with support from his brother; he trained in the basics of cooking. After training he found jobs, but due to his behavior problems he left the job several times.

His brother brought him for consultation at Deepshikha. The field workers visited him at his work places to assess his problems. With his brother’s unstinting support and encouragement, he is now an outstanding example of the success. He now independently handles his work and now he never loses his patience, in spite of the demands of his work. He also receives a handsome salary.

He now dreams of opening a South Indian outlet at his hometown in Cuttack, Orissa.
