Urgent Message to All ROs

To all the Registered Organisations

 

 

In the 75th Board Meeting of the National Trust held on 11th September, 2017, the following decisions were taken which will be implemented with immediate effect :-

  1. Not to sanction any new proposal in this financial year i.e. 2017-18 and review the existing sanctioned projects under various schemes of the National Trust. If any RO is found misusing of funds, the same will be deregistered from the sanctioned scheme and the registration with National Trust will be cancelled.
  2. For the first time registration with the National Trust, there should be 2 years gap before applying and sanctioning of any scheme.
  3. 60% of the fund released to the ROs to be used for the welfare of the beneficiaries for residential projects.
  4. The Registered Organisations / Scheme Holders will not make any transaction more than 20% of the fund released in cash for the activities of the center.
  5. On total fund released, honorarium / salary should be less than 40% of total funds released by the National Trust to the Centre/scheme holder. This is applicable for residential schemes namely Samarth & Gharaunda only.
